This page explains what personal data aimanagertool.com collects, why, and what you can ask for. Short version: your email, to send you the free kit and the weekly note. No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Sacha Remacle, a private individual based in Wavre, Belgium, who publishes aimanagertool.com. Contact for any privacy request: hello@aimanagertool.com.
What is collected
- Signup form: your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, the page you signed up on, the date and time, and a record that you ticked the consent box (with the version of the consent text).
- Abuse protection: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions. The IP address itself is not stored with your signup.
- Email to hello@aimanagertool.com: whatever you choose to write, kept only as long as needed to answer.
Nothing else. Visits are counted anonymously with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool that runs on the site’s own server and keeps only daily totals of page views and referring sites, with no IP address or other personal data stored. There is no advertising pixel and no social media tracking on this site.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your email is used to send you the free kit and then the AI Manager Weekly, a short note on Sundays. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect what was sent before.
Where the data is kept
- Website and database: hosted by Hostinger International Limited on servers in the European Union (Germany).
- Subscriber list: a copy of each signup is kept in a private Google Sheet (Google Drive), used only to manage the list. Google may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Email: hello@aimanagertool.com is hosted by Hostinger.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. If an email-sending service is added later, this page will name it before it is used.
How long
Your signup is kept until you unsubscribe. Then it is deleted from the website database and from the subscriber sheet. Rate-limit records expire after one hour.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Technical cookies are only used when the site owner logs in to manage the site.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. To unsubscribe, use the one-click link at the bottom of every email: your address is deleted at once from the website database and the subscriber sheet, and only a one-way hash of it is kept with the date so that nothing is sent to it again (signing up again later removes that hash); you can also write to hello@aimanagertool.com. You get an answer within one month.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the database and the subscriber sheet is limited to the site owner. Forms are protected against automated abuse without third-party captchas.
